Owhhhh…teringat2 lagi kesedapan mknn2 nih. Prof Kopanski’s wife is really a good cook. Not only she cook great food but the presentation of the food: SUPERB. So inviting. I once brought Nora n Anem to his house. We really enjoyed all the food except one (heheh yg ni kami je yg tau….).
Last Friday I went to his office in Gombak to discuss ’bout my proposal. He told me ‘to be hungry’ coz he’ll bringing in the food. Usually he’ll have one simple Silesian dish and share it wif me. Surprisingly, he came wif these foooooood…. Nora, anem jgn jeles ha…. hehehe… Seperti org mengantuk di sorong bantal (which in my case, lapar tahap giler, lps tu di bg mknn yg mcm nih punyer best), mmg mkn x hingat donia. Sebab by the time dia sampai, sudah pkl 3, boleh dibayangkan bagaimana cacing2 meraung2 di dalam perut…
Actually after Maghrib, kwn dia nk datang -his Turkish friends who were here visiting Malaysia. Sebab tu la mknn tu byk banget. Tp oleh kerana saye yg jd tukang rasmi, maka saye telah menikmati sepenuhnyer mkn2 tersebut….;)
Owh lupa nk bgtau, My Professor is Polish and his Wife Maryam Kopanski is Arab from Jordan, so the foods kind of combination of Arabs n Silesian…. Nk bgtau tajuk2 mknn tu x pandai sbb dia pon tatau! hahaha, nk kena tepon wife dia plak nk tanyer…
